Sneakerlaclasse GmbH offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices begun here. Throughout the site, the terms "Sneakerlaclasse", "SLC", "sneakerlaclasse.ch", "sneakerlaclasse.com", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sneakerlaclasse Ltd.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Sneakerlaclasse website only accepts orders placed through the website's ordering system. For your information, you will receive an email confirmation when you submit your order. After checking availability, you will receive a shipping notification via email. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel purchase quantities per person, per household or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
PRODUCTS:
We only sell 100% authentic items. Most of the products or services we offer have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only as per our return policy in the "Cancellation" section. We have made every effort to represent the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display every color correctly.

PAYMENT:
Payment for the goods must be made according to the procedure explained on the information page "Payment". Your payment will be confirmed by e-mail!
SHIPPING:
The delivery time varies depending on the country/city and the shipping method chosen. We do not guarantee that the stated delivery time is valid in every case. It may happen that in special cases the delivery takes longer than expected, but it is our highest effort to send the packages as soon as possible. It can sometimes take a few days for an order to be packed and labeled for shipment.
If you refuse to accept delivery or do not pick up your package at the delivery address, the carrier will be forced to return the package to Sneakerlaclasse or leave it with customs. In this case, you will be charged for the return and redelivery costs. This also applies if you provide incorrect shipping information.
We reserve the right to change carriers at any time without notice.
CANCELLATION:
All of your purchases are final sales. Many products or services we offer have limited quantities and/or are rare and/or are collectibles with price fluctuations between different periods. Accordingly, we cannot allow customers to speculate on or degrade our items by opening packages, trying them out, or doing other things that may change the price or quality of our products.
If you have any questions or concerns about the size or condition of a particular product on our website, please email us before committing to purchase.
Refunds will only be processed due to determination errors on our end, such as misdelivered items.
Please prefer to contact us to clarify any outstanding issues if you are unsure.
PRICES:
If your shipping address is in Switzerland, the final price you see at the end of checkout includes VAT and taxes. For all orders with delivery address outside of Switzerland, prices do not include VAT and customs duties or other taxes that may be applicable in your country/state. You, as the customer, are responsible for such import fees and Sneakerlaclasse disclaims any liability if orders are held up at customs because the customer does not pay them. For orders outside of Switzerland, you may have to pay such fees directly to the shipping company after delivery.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. However, the price in effect at the time of purchase will be the price charged to you for your order.
RETURNS:
Since we inspect all merchandise prior to shipment, we do not exchange merchandise. All sales are final. We only accept returns due to incorrectly shipped items. If we have authorized a return, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with proof of purchase. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned merchandise during transit. Using a trackable system to return items to us is strongly recommended. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned merchandise. Returns without return authorization will not be accepted. Please do not return your purchase to us or the manufacturer without inquiry authorization.
REFUND:
After a cancellation or approved return, we will refund the price you paid for the cancelled order (or portion of the order), less any pickup or return shipping charges (if any). We will also refund the standard shipping cost you paid, or an amount equal to that cost if you choose a more expensive shipping method. We will issue the refund within 30 days after:
- We have cancelled the order
- We have received the approved merchandise back
In the event of a cancellation, we will refund you using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. For returns that have already been approved, we may withhold the refund until we have received the merchandise and you have provided proof that the merchandise has been returned.
We will notify you of your refund by email within a reasonable time. We will generally process the refund due to you as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days from the date we confirmed to you by email that you are entitled to a refund for approved merchandise.

Sneakerlaclasse disclaims any liability for loss or damage to the extent permitted by the laws of Switzerland. If laws other than Swiss laws apply, Sneakerlaclasse's liability for negligence is limited to the total value of the transaction.
We do not warrant, represent or guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
